At Elen Rodger, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
- Change of mind regarding color, size, or fabric texture.
- Minor color variation due to screen resolution or lighting.
- Personal preferences or expectations regarding fabric feel or fit (please refer to our size guide and fabric descriptions carefully before placing your order).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item as per the return policy and place a new order.
