At Elen Rodger, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please read the following policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
• Cancellations are not allowed at the time of delivery or after accepting the product through open box delivery.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
