4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India.
Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.
We provide Open Box Delivery – customers may inspect items before accepting delivery.
Important: After acceptance at delivery, no refunds or returns will be accepted, except for defective or incorrect products.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof to request a return.
We do not accept returns or refunds for color, size, or fabric preferences. Please read our size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.
